What you actually get
The paragraph below is Amazon’s own sales copy. We keep it quoted and set apart rather than folded into our text, because marketing prose and a description are not the same thing, and because what it leaves out is as useful as what it claims.

What the number is worth
That is an ordinary sale price rather than a clearance, around the middle of what we see across the listings we check. It is real money off, but it is not a reason to hurry.
One caveat we will not paper over: this is measured against Amazon’s own listed price, not against the lowest figure the product has ever carried. Our record of this listing starts on 4 September 2026, so it is a comparison, not a history.
The listing carries an end date of 25 September 2026. Retailers pull pages early and without warning, so read that as the outer edge rather than a promise.

Both undercut it, so the case for paying more has to come from the table below rather than from the price.
These are the nearest listings by price that our tracker currently holds, not a survey of the market. Anything not listed on Amazon does not appear here at all.
The strongest reason to pick it is the combination of the M5 chip, 16GB memory and 1TB storage in a thin, light body with up to 18 hours of battery.

No. Every Colossal Electronics article is compiled from the retailer’s own listing, the manufacturer’s published data and generated summaries of that material. We do not perform hands-on testing, and no article on this site describes hands-on experience, because there is none.
Colossal Electronics earns a commission when a reader buys through a link on the site. The commission is paid by the retailer and does not change the price you pay. Products are selected automatically by the price tracker, so no retailer can buy coverage.
